We’re usually back at the dive shop between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM, though it can vary a bit. This gives you plenty of time to grab lunch, enjoy the afternoon, or even catch the 3:00 PM ferry off the island!

Your Dive Day: The Game Plan

To give you a clear idea of what a day of adventure with IHASIA is really like, here’s the plan. We focus on three things: quality diving, total safety, and, of course, having a blast!

We meet at 6:30 AM at our dive shop on Chalok beach. Yeah, it’s an early start, but it’s to make sure we get the best conditions on the water. You’ll meet the group while we get the gear ready.

Once we’re on the boat, your expert guide will give you a full briefing on the two dives we’ll be doing, explaining the dive sites and the marine life we hope to see. We always dive two different spots for maximum variety.

Between dives, we take a proper surface interval with fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee to debrief the first dive. We’re usually back at the school around 12:00 PM, leaving you with the whole afternoon free to enjoy the island.

👍 My buddy and I have different certification levels. Can we dive together?

Great question! For safety and to make sure everyone has the best time, we never mix experience levels in our standard groups. However, we get that you want to share the experience. The solution is simple: the more advanced diver can always adapt and dive to the less experienced diver’s level, but never the other way around. This way, you can be in the water together, 100% safely.

All the standard scuba gear you need (BCD, regulator, mask, etc.) is included in the price! A dive computer is optional but highly recommended. You can easily rent one from us for a small extra fee (250 THB/day).

Of course! We want you to visit the sites that excite you most. However, safety is our #1 priority, so the final destination is always decided the afternoon before based on the day’s weather and sea conditions to guarantee the best and safest dive possible.
